Suggested Fee Schedule

When utilizing both leasing and management services

Leasing
6% of the gross amount for which the lease is written.

Management
10% of the established monthly rental rate or $50.00 whichever is greater.

When utilizing only leasing services

6% of the gross amount for which the lease is written.
example: Rent $1000.00 per month for 1 year lease (1000 X 12 = 12000 X 6% = 720 ). $720 commision paid on a 12 month lease.

When utilizing only management services

The management commision is ten percent (10%) of the established rental rate and is payable on the first of the month. The minimum management fee charged is fifty dollars ($50.00) per month.

During the vacancy period between tenants, management fees discontinue and a vacancy service fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per month is charged. The vacancy fee is prorated to the date of occupancy.
